Positive: The apartment we stayed in was very spacious with a large comfy bed.
Negative: Unfortunately, our apartment was supposed to come with a washing machine which we weren't informed was broken until after we tried it and it left our clothes covered in detergent. This left us having to re-wash our clothes for €20 in a laundromat and the manager just shrugged when we asked if there was anything they could do for us. The location is good in relation to Lago di Braies but unfortunately there was only 1 real restaurant in town that was open when we were there so if you're not feeling it you will have to drive to get to more options. The church across the road starts ringing its bell early in the morning and it continues quite regularly so if your room is facing it, I'd recommend earplugs.

Positive: Great location near bus stop and short walk to train station. Close to other restaurants and shops. Wonderful attentive staff. Clean. Lovely decor with alpine charm. Amazing gourmet food experience. Relaxing spa. Transit pass included. We loved everything about this property. Great value!
Negative: Required to use some stairs to get to our suite. A little inconvenient when carrying luggage.
Summary: One of our favourite places to stay in Italy! Great food and location! We would definitely stay here again.

Positive: We really enjoyed staying at this lovely hotel central to the town and places in the Dolomites. We had dinner every night and it was tasty, good value for money. The staff were so very helpful. I left my passport there and they kept it for me to pick up. We had a car but we also used the great shuttles. A great location for Lake Braies and Tre Cimes a highlight of our 6 week holiday in Italy.
